Here is the info so far for the retreat:
Friday, February 27th –
Arrival hour from 6:00 to 7:00 PM – Take in permission slips, get sleeping room directions, etc.
First group session starts at 7:00 PM
Groups should plan to eat Friday night before they arrive – We will have food later in the evening.
Saturday, February 28th –
Final session ends at 3:00 PM – Depart from HPC
We anticipate the kids will need $10.00 for bowling
(however, I have not made arrangements with the bowling alley yet).
We will be working with parents and volunteers of HPC to serve and/or prepare food as well as transportation and chaperone needs.
