For all students who will be eligible to attend Senior camp this summer (grades 7-12)
Schedule of events (all times the proverbial "Joe time")
Friday
6-7 arrive
7:00 supper
8:00 games
9:00 video and discussion
10:30 or 11:00 snacks
12:00 or 12:30 go to sleep areas
Saturday
8:00 breakfast
9:30 Music and teaching 10:45 games/activities
12:30 lunch
1:30 – 2:00 home
Please bring:
A signed permission slip (see below)
Bible
Musical instrument (if you play one)
Sleeping bag or bedding (guys will be on a carpeted concrete floor. Girls on carpeted wood)
No cell phone (or turn it in to your leaders while you are here)
Let your pastor know by Feb. 18 if you plan on coming!

PARENT/GUARDIAN AGREEMENT: I give my permission for my child to attend Camp Emmanuel youth retreat at Lockport Church. In case of emergency, I give consent for medical treatment prescribed by a licensed Medical Doctor. Furthermore, I agree to hold Camp Emmanuel and Lockport Church "harmless," free of liability, in the event of an accident. I agree that if my child does not obey the standards, guidelines and rules and/or is uncooperative, I WILL COME TO TAKE HIM/HER HOME IMMEDIATELY
